Marquee Builders, LLC has targeted customers who want luxury homes in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas without the extra space. These customers want the luxurious amenities they had in their larger home, but less square footage to heat, cool and maintain. Our collection of new home designs achieves that mark of excellence in amenities and outstanding quality construction and customer care.

Marquee Builders, LLC builds between 20 -25 homes a year, with prices mostly in the range of $350,000 to $700,000. Tom Ryan and Jeff Imobersteg are the owners who strive for luxury as a standard. They started the company over 10 years ago working in communities like River Run, Newcastle, Hemlock Pines and Gardner Lane.

Jeff brings years of experience that was taught him through generations of family builders while Tom compliments his builder background with his architectural degree from Virginia Tech. Together both upgrade the building process to include many features others charge extra for.

Marquee Builders is one of the charter builders in the upscale golf course community of River Run in Davidson.

In addition to River Run they build in South Charlotte in communities like Newcastle off Sharon Road and Hemlock Pines off Kukendall Road.
